Children and Youth Single Point of Access (CSPOA)

Children and Youth Single Point of Access (CSPOA) is a centralized referral system for children with a serious emotional disturbance who need intensive mental health services to remain at home and in their community. Based on the child's identified needs, CSPOA will make referrals to the appropriate program. CSPOA refers children and adolescents to high-end intensive community services such as Health Home Care Management, Non-Medicaid Care Coordination, Family Support, Community Residences and Residential Treatment Facilities.
